We are made up of imperfect people with every kind of story imaginable and, simply stated, we’re all about Jesus. If it is your first time visiting us, then we sincerely welcome you to our church and would love to connect with you.
Have you ever had a question so big, so tricky, that you didn’t even want to say it out loud? Maybe you’ve wondered about something but felt like church wasn’t the place to ask. Well, guess what? It is!
This Sunday, we’re kicking off Tell Me Why—a series all about the real, honest, sometimes-tough questions we all have. Like, Why do we get baptized? Why do we give money? Why do we go to church? And… why didn’t God answer my prayer?
No judgment. No easy answers. Just a chance to ask, explore, and grow—together. So bring your questions, bring your curiosity, and bring a friend. Let’s make this Easter the start of something real. See you there!
When you give to AFA you are not giving TO the church, you are giving THROUGH the church. We are about so much more than keeping the lights on and paying a mortgage. Our heart is to impact the community around us for the Kingdom of God. So, when you give to AFA, you can know that you are a part of something bigger – a part of advancing the Kingdom of God.
What our church family does through obedient financial giving will outlast our own lives because that’show the Gospel of Jesus works. We are people that bring HOPE. Our financial giving is organized in two distinct ways: through God’s tithe and through our giving to the Hope Fund.
The Hope Fund is the way we reach out with the Gospel of Jesus in our community and across the world. It is the story we tell when someone asks, “What is the vision or mission of AFA?” Simply, it is this: every person is an image bearer of the most high God and we want to celebrate that fact.
