Advent is the story of a people living with a desperate hope. We celebrate that Jesus has come, fixing what was broken, but we also acknowledge that his kingdom hasn’t fully arrived. We are Almost home, but we are Not Yet there.

Advent teaches us how to live faithfully, patiently, and joyfully in the messy middle—finding genuine hope and courage because we know that the promised light is already on its way.”
